About Katherine S. Schwartz

Ms. Schwartz graduated from Rollins College magna cum laude with a BA in Psychology in 2009. She was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Ms. Schwartz attended Barry University School of Law where she earned her JD in 2013. While a student at Barry, Ms. Schwartz clerked for Circuit Judge Raul Zambrano, learning all aspects of civil law. A member of the Florida Bar since 2013, Ms. Schwartz has been practicing and serving the law as a zealous advocate for others.

Following her formal education and with the mentorship of her father, Richard A. Schwartz, Ms. Schwartz realized that helping the disabled was her passion. With her father as her mentor, Ms. Schwartz learned all facets of Social Security Disability law practice and is skilled at handling claims from the initial application through hearings with Administrative Law Judges.

Ms. Schwartz is also an accomplished equestrian in the sport of Dressage. As a USDF gold medalist, she trains and competes at the highest level of sport under the watchful eye of Olympian Laura Graves. When she is not in the office, Ms. Schwartz enjoys spending time with her husband, her horses, traveling, cooking, practicing yoga, and preparing for her new son to arrive.
